just finished up my sump and airdog 100 install.....overall it went pretty smooth...the toughest part was getting the sump studs to go through the tank.....being that it has a rubber gasket when you use the gasket as a template its close but not perfect so you have to adjust the stud holes accordingly....any way after getting the studs through i decided to use some ford gray death on the outside as an extra layer of protection....did have to modify the skid plate a little but all i did was cut out a square under the sump flip the piece over and weld it back it...the skid plate is pleated so it made alot more room for the sump....on the airdog side of it they have a very well made kit and its extremely easy to install...the wiring harness was amazing....it was more than long enough so i didnt have to hack it up and splice at all....i also decided to add the low pressure warning light which is already in the harness in case you want to add one later....the low pressure sensor and light kit was an extra 55 bucks or so......here are the pics.....
Nice Bill, i did the same thing, except i tied into the factory wiring, a buddy has a plug from another Super Duty that i used. Works like a champ, no extra wiring harness. Whos sump did you use?

there are 3 pieces to it...the main outside piece and the things that hold the studs are in 2 pieces so you dont have to drop the tank to install....i didnt drop mine....

I keep a pair of small c-clamps (like 2" opening) in the tool bag in my truck because I've had to change my pre-pump filter on the side of the road before.
