Wiring harness question!?
I'm going to order a cd player from www.crutchfield.com and i was wondering, what the end of my wiring harness looked like,i haven't taken it out yet i wanted to order everything first. Is it rectangular, it's on a 91 bronco, it's just a factory am/fm-cass! Thanks!!

Just either go to a local install place and tell them the year of your truck OR call these folks, they are extremely nice and delivered mine VERY fast, second day.... 1-866-470-4704 (Car Stereo Products) Mine cost $9.50 total with shipping, if you buy at a shop expect to pay 15-20.

Wait a minute, save yourself the time AND money. Crutchfield gives you the wiring harness for FREE. That's not a typo. They give you the mounting kit, wiring harness, and a poster with pix of how to install it in your particular vehicle.

Wiring harness question!?
Not always the case. AFter gettin their install plans for my Tempo and my Ranger, I had a bad experience last week w/ my gf's 94 Cutlsss Supreme. The instructions did not explain how to get the headlight switch off the plastic trim (need to remove it to get dash off). Also, there were no insructions on removing door panels to get to the door speakers.
I called to complain. The guy had no further information to help me.
But yeah, if you pay the extra $ to get through them, you get warranty, free return shipping, free harness, and free install kit.

Wiring harness question!?
Could you please help me with this problem? I am trying to wire a Kenwood CD Player in my truck 1988 Ford Ranger. I need the color codes for the wiring harness. I have tried this several times but the dash lights & memory in the cd player does not stay programed.

Wiring harness question!?
Wayne, are you talking about the stock wiring harness, the harness you buy to hook up to the stock harness, or the one that came with your Kenwood h/u? Read this little tut I made:
