Yes it is, there was one on there a while back from my area (custom pinstriping kits) the guy was going to wallmart and buying the colored and patterend duck tape, and then trying to sell it for $100 a roll, or 150 for 2... I called him, and he said he actually had someone buy 4 rolls....
