lacking power boost intermittent
2003 f550 6spd
The truck for 3years has been blue smoke when not hot. Recently (last winter) it was getting tough to start, (not if it was plugged in though). Pulled all intercooler hosing, soaped and armourial to inspect for cracks. All fine. Drained water fuel. No change. Cleaned EGR, nothing.
The dumb part is it works fine sometimes
So I purchased a autoenginuity it is giving P006a Undocumented Trouble Code.
P0267 Cylinder 3 Low circuit (though individual test shows ok range)
P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient Detected
P0404 EGR Circit Range Performance
P0460 Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit
P132b Turbo Boost Control A performance
EGR Valve Position 0.8
EGR Value 1.4 - 2.2 Idle, 8.5 @2000rpm
Engine Oil Temp 207
FICM 100% sync
Logic 95%
Main 48v
Fuel Level Input Volts 53%, Value of 1.12
Input sensor 50%
Pulse width 780 @ 1500rpm
Injector Control
Pressure 20%,
Desired 20%
Volts 25% or 1.15v
Injector Control Pressure Reg 30%
Injector Timing 50%…
Manifold Absolute Pressure 13 psi
Volts 1.2 or 51%
Manifold Gauge Pressure 0.07, or 6%
Mass Fuel Desired 10@ 1500 or 8%
IM and Mode 6 not available
No EGR monitor
EGR open circuit Detected

p.s maybe something for a separate posting, but is there any way to drain and clean the intercooler (oil)

P132b Turbo Boost Control A performance
and egr codes and mine would hesitate at accelleration. I chased my egr codes for a year. I had to replace my hpop cover gasket and while i had it apart I thoroughly cleaned the passage that runs from egr cooler opening through intake to egr valve and the whole frone end of the intake, and cleaned and replaced bushings and seals in my turbo, the ex runs better than it ever has and i actually see movement on my boost gauge under normal acceleration. and cured my codes. best of luck i took me quite a while to narrow down my problem, and then it was only dumb luck that i fixed.

pretty safe to say your EGR Valve needs replaced or its wire harness is Jacked up
Id change that and see what happens go from there
When you take sensor values take at these points all 3 points for Each Sensor
KOEO
Low Idel=truck at Idel on its own
High Idel =(2500rpm)
