Question Water sloshing sound in door or? after a heavy rain

2008 Super cab 5.4,
After a heavy rain I hear water sloshing on the passenger side while driving. My son was sitting in the passenger seat this time; He said it sounded like it was in the front door. When I parked I opened both passenger doors and swung them back-n-forth hard and didn’t here it, you'd think you would?
The drain holes on both doors are not obstructed carpets dry and the A/C hasn’t been on yet up to that point.
So before I tear off the door panels for nothing I was curious if anybody has had this problem and discovered what the source is?
After this incident this morning I did turn the A/C on and it looks like the Evap is draining ok. That’s what it sounds like to me is water in the Evap housing not draining???

there are drains in the bottom of doors... small slits... dirt can plug them up..
even small bits of Tree trash..

Exactly and compressed air works wonders for clearing them without having to remove the door panel.
