dana 60

I have a dana 60 rear with a 354 gear. If I want to go with a 513 gear will I need to change the case also or just the ring and pinion? I also have a dana 44 front with a 350 gear and would like to change it to a 513 but I have been told there was a case split at 392, so will I need a different 44 housing or just change the case?

I think you mean the carrier...and yes you will need to change it....the break is 4.10 and down.....4.56 and up
