i have an idea on how to keep up with where you are on the ts chip. http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/...%2foZZ3A3SA%3d
it has 10 numbers but the other has 5 so this one lines up perfect. and you could all was black out the other numbers.
what do to think look ok or to much. im going to be sending my chip off this week to get it burned cant wait.
The increments actually look pretty close. Nice find.
Of course you'll have to index your dial so the first position is at the 6:30 position. Should work though.
I did something similar but am now finding that I get confused between trucks since they each have a different set of calibrations. I ended up making a decal that I can place on my rear view mirror or upper left corner of the windshield with the calibrations list. I thought about making up a rectangular shaped plate that I can place at the dial but it's kinda hard to read the decal due to the mounting locations of the dials. So, I will stick with the incrementation plate at the dial and the sticker on my windshield for a while and see how that works. Here is the artwork that I used to print from.
