Ok, I would rather do the mod then instead of a bigger block.

With the 3.5" block, I found out they do not have the bump stop tangs like the stock 2" have.

Because of this, the Airlift Super Duty bags can not work, because their kit mounts on to those tangs

These are mine currently

I found out that if you want rear airbags but have no tangs, then someone would have to fab their own mount set up.

Left side 3.5" tapered block: Part #F81Z-5598-FA
Right side 3.5" tapered block Part #F81Z-5598-GA

If I had to do it all over again, I would save money and do the modded B's.

Very good to know, I'll probably have to just do the front v's for now based on cost, however once the time comes around then I'll upgrade to the mod B's and the beefier 350 sway bar.

right now the V's and some new shocks will I think be enough for the 33.8" tires on 17's that I'm looking at. Hopefully I can finalize all this and get it done before I drive it to Nebraska at the end of June

Thanks so much for all your input and knowledge guys

If you do just the fronts, you know your rake will be off, right? Your front end will be high, it'll look like crap.

Do you already have a rear sway bar? If not, just get the Hellwig. It's easier and cheaper than running around trying to source all the parts just so you can use the 250/350 sway bar.

I already have the rear sway, you can see it partially in the pic.

and ya in my earlier post I shared that I have current measurements (with 285's) from the wheel wells:

front: 38.5"
rear: 40.75"

might look like it's nose high but, with an expected 1.5-1.75" like people are saying their getting, I think I'll be pretty level.

and I can always add a little psi to the rear bags if needed, I just run the current 5psi because if it goes lower then the little compressor automatically pumps it back up to 5

Don't forget you will need 4 1/2" back spacing on the rims or else your tires will rub.

What size tires are you considering? Have have 33" 305/70R16's and I barely have an inch clearance when turned to full lockup.

LT285/75R17 33.8" and 11.2ish wide

8.5" width with 4.75" back spacing, they work too

I used this calculator Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com and it said it'll actually fit better than stock, and that's with stock suspension. But I don't mind a tad rub if it does, but I doubt it will

Ah, I didn't know you had air bags.

You should be fine.

The feeling is mutual. Getting into a good curve in the STi definitely changes your opinions on good cars. I took it to the mountains of NC to hit some mountain roads, and OMG so much fun. Had my wife car sick in a matter of 3 miles

I think she has the stock rear sway bar for the X. She will want to just get the larger one from the F350.
