Heater Box

Does anybody know how to get access to the lower mixing door motor in order to change it? 2008 F350 CC, LB, 4x4, 6.4L Diesel. I was hoping I could just loosen the heater box and pry it up enough to gain access to the screws that hold the motor in place.
