Ok it is fixed. Mark you saved my butt again. It was the filter. The old one was in the pan when I took it off. The O-ring was hard. They tried to sell me a Chinese version but I made the order a Motorcraft part. The off brand filters did not have the sucker tube and the filter media was right against the opening in filter housing which would limit flow.
