'95 F150 351 Starter Problem

Long story short, I left my key in the on position one entire night. The next day, the battery was dead. In fact ruined. I replaced it, but ever since, I haven't been able to engage the starter.

I checked and replaced the starter relay. I have since directly wired the starter relay to a button in the cab.

I've checked the ignition switch for power and continuity. It checks out. I've checked the neutral safety switch, and don't seem to have power there. Is there a fusible link buried somewhere in this system? If so, where is it?
