Jeff, yes I am going to put the booster/master cylinder on the firewall, I was going to use a fox Mustang Pedal box but I am not sure if I like the way it fits. I do like the pedal assembly from Classic Haulers but I have not made any firm decisions yet.
I will be looking for valve covers that will fit under the gt40 upper, I may need a spacer, but haven't looked into it deep yet. I will be putting my engine back together now. Just got the block back today and so when I get the intake on, I will look into it. I would REALLY like a set of those "FORD RACING" aluminum ones, but they are tall...
The Ford Racing covers will definetely not fit without a spacer. The covers that I am using are a little tight but will fit the roller rockers. I will be putting in a 1" spacer, I have the spacer, just don't have the right bolts just yet.
How were you going to do the swing pedal for the brake?

Sorry for the delay, I have a m/c, booster and pedal assy. from a '91 t-bird. already mounted and done except for a little clean up. With the 351W truck intake, it fit fine. But now I got booster interference. I may just replace it with the Explorer setup, but haven't looked under the dash of one yet.
edit: I was just looking at the 1" spacer on ebay and bookmarked it. I will post pics of the pedal assy. this is all I have right now, but can get a better one tomorrow.
