my f250 has almost 300,000 mi. and i'm just trying to get another 20,000
mi.s or so. my fuel pump is shot and shops are telling me to replace whole
module with float sensor (part $350) instead of pump only ($100). i know the
$100 pump is from china with possible quality issues but the money is the
determining factor. my question is can just the pump be replaced or is there
some reason it has to be the whole module. again i'm coming down the home
stretch with this truck and don't even care if my gas guage doesn't work.
