Mine are set @ 55 right now..... but when I tow I put them @ 75 or 80...
as stated in another thread,
guess my dealer set it low so they could say how nice the 250's rode on soft spongy tires
Two years worth of discussions here and it comes down to some dealers that will and some dealers that won't.
You just have to find one willing to do it, sometimes for a fee (which is fair). Many play the liability card.
My dealer only did it after threatening to go elsewhere for service and future purchases. The tech told me that the system used is one where he has to sign in. Then when he makes the change, it warns him that doing so makes him responsible anything happens in the future.
I hate the system and wish the truck didn't come with it. at least let the user set the pressure via the message screen settings. this is another example of government mandating crap on our vehicles and us living with the consequences.

FYI - some of the aftermarket tuners allow you to reset the TPMS threshold. The SCT tuner allows you to change it and some other settings without actually tuning the engine. I can't vouch for warranty issues though.
