Ford 99.5-2003 Garrett 7.3 Powerstroke Turbo - Just pulled
Dont know why he would remove (what I am assuming is a WW) the compressor wheel from his stock turbo and install it on his new 38R! I emailed him. Hope he listens.

Did you mention anything about the part that the turbo comes off the pedestal if he removes those 2 bolts up top? Hopefully he pulled it because he was wanting a non-EBPV pedestal, but who knows.
I wonder about the wastegate too. Why didn't he re-use that?
