tachometer problems

tachometer problems
i blue the fuse a few time before it went out and i lost the tach. there is no light or tach when i replaced the fuse this last time but everything else works fine. i believe there is a sort in the cluster but want to check the wiring first before i buy a new cluster that i dont need. i have tasted the plug that hooks to the back of the cluster and pins 13 and 14 are the only ones that have power when it is running. does anyone have a wiring diagram or know or what circuit that i should be looking for??

while i had it apart today i changed a few bulbs and now i have light behind the tach but it still doesnt work. also there is no corrosion on the cluster it looks pretty clean. starting to believe that it is something in the wiring and not the cluster.
