lug pattern questions

on the Gen 1 Rangers (83-88) I was wondering what the distance between lug holes (in milimeters) because I'm looking at a set of aftermarket wheels to slap on the old '84 and the spacing on them is 114.3, the wheels fit 94+ mustangs so i don't think there will be much fitment problems, just wanted to check before i go and spend $1300 on a set of wheels and tires I can't use.

It is 4.5 inches. I guess you will have to use some math to convert it to mm

My handy dandy Conversion Calculator says that 4.5" equals 114.3 mm
