inline six timing troubles
I have a 79 F-100 with an inline six engine. I cant get the timing right. The truck starts, and I have adjusted the distributor over and over but it always has a miss no matter what. My question is this: Will a distributor fit in the block several different ways or should it slide into place if it is pointing in the general direction of 1 wire? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
