Friday went to Spokane and looked at two hoods, one with a truck attached to it. Neither hood was good enough for me, so back we came. But the trip wasn't a total loss, dropped the fabric for my seat off at the upholsterers and picked up my wheels from the powder coater. Looked at another truck that sits on the side of the road in Deer Park, but didn't bother trying to contact owner as it wasn't any good. Saturday spent all day at a farm auction, the implement I wanted was one of the last items to go. However I picked up a small dump trailer for $20.00. Almost got my plough for $100.00, but just before the auctioneer declared sold a guy bid me up to $200.00. Well, at least I got it for less than I was willing to pay. Then they auctioned off firewood, and although I get permits to cut in the national forest, I couldn't resist taking five cords of cut and seasoned wood. So today has been re-planned.

That's a darn nice dump trailer for 5X the money. It's worth $20 for scrap, but the rims are worth that much if they hold air.

BTW, is that snow on the ground?

In the last picture I saw some white stuff between the top of the front panel on the dump tailer and the SUV and then again between the angle brace of the dump trailer adn the back of the far fender on the car trailer, it must just be white paper trash or something. It looked like snow to me. I know sometimes up in these northern climes that crap will hand around for what seems like forever.

Had a good weekend here in PA, replaced the mirrors on my truck with some Pep Boy replacements that did not hurt the budget. I also got my Triumph on the road for the car show season and did a pant load of yard work, took the boss out for mothers day dinner, watched a little baseball, all in all a great weekend here.

Happy Mothers Day to all you Mothers!

Here's a pic of me and my buddy at the drags. I'm hoping to have some vids posted soon.
I know my buddy's truck is slightly OT but to keep it all in perspective it has a Bonus Built front axle and a 9" Ford read. I tease him all the time about having a rolling chiffarobe, or cabinetry on wheels. He ended up taking home an award for having the best truck there that night.

looks like there is something lurking under the hood of the '25 that Henry did not put there.

Bobby, if your truck was just one color, you might be the one holding the trophy, lol.

Or a mobile lumber yard...

Still a neat truck and honestly, who else would have the ***** to take something like that down a drag strip! Right on!

Don't mind Havi.... you're just in the works of deciding what color looks best.

No, those are feed bags that have blown into the fields. A scrapper opened at $15 and gave up after I upped him. I figure it will hook up nicely to my Golden Jubilee to cart tools around.

Bobby raises Easter Bunnies as a hobby - The bunnies see him stuffing things in the bed and they learn how to fill Easter baskets - Sounds good from my end

One color? one color? being stuck with one color would show a serious lack of imagination..... ...either that or I have ADHD and can't focus on any one thing or somethi.....oh look, there goes something shiny
