Well at this Point a Broken IPR Screen usually means IPR Has been Blown out

Its Damaged so replace the whole Valve to rule it out

Odd it stops the air Dont really know what to say about it Hard to say this side computer screen stopping air Means its Good Normaly. But a Damage Screen is usually a BAD Part

Ya IDK with it Pegging a Mechanical Oil Pressure Gauge like that I would think the Pump is GOOD

If HPO pump was BAD IDK that it would build that much pressure at all

I guess in short here You wouldnt Peg a Mechanical HPO Gauge with a Bad HPO Pump IMO

the IPR doesnt work off 12 volts so Im thinking alittle extra Juice is making it close but under Normal Power its having a Hard time Plus screen had damage. To me things still pointing at Bad IPR

Can engine run with valve covers, HPOP cover, and turbo off of the engine?

I will of course reconnect the ficm, GP controller, and ICP plugs

Basically I want to hook it back up enough to see ICP and Duty cycle through OBD again. Maybe just keep Fuel pump unplugged and FICM relay out I can test the ICP and IPR duty cycle?

Don't neccessarily need to have the engine running

ya gonna have oil comin out of the supply line so aim it towards the Hp pump opening.Yeah i feel you could do that. of coarse ya gonna have codes for anything disconnected.it aint no good the way it is.give it a shot.If ya want to try an ipr i might have one.

Blade;yes the IPR gets duty cycled.been checkin for high pressure leaks that way since 2003.in fact the factory tool for the IPR is an ipr connector with 2 minney battery clamps on it.

Ok. I went ahead and did the tests with everything disconnected. Everything was fine except the Tubo fill bottle I setup overflowed.

Verdict:
I HAVE ICP (Actually went up to 1500) and IPR duty cycle went up to 84 and then dropped when the oil pressure got up there.

Sooo what I'm going to tell myself for the next couple days until my new STC and Plugs come in is that the IPR was flaking out and in all of my air testing and accidentally leaving it actuated for 20 min and the little bit of cleaning I did when I pulled it off, un-stuck or dis-lodged whatever was making it stick and it just decided to start working again.

It is going to be a LOOOONG couple of days waiting for those parts.

I'm guessing the general consensus is that I should go ahead and install the new dummy plugs and stand pipes?

The new STC adapter is a no brainer. I hope to never have to pull that HPOP cover off again.

I will go ahead and order a new IPR. Unless you really have one UL that you want to part with. I can get one one ebay pretty cheap.

Thank you sooooooo Much for all of your help today guys!
It was mere chance that I decided to hook up my oil guage while doing the second round of looking for leaks using the cranking method. I was seriously trying to figure out which relative I would have to call and borrow $700 from for a new pump.

One more thing to note on the IPR:
There was not heat shield on it.
A new connector and pigtail had been spliced on by someone and wire heat shield foil wrap leaves a lot uncovered right at the plug.

I'm guessing a ford dealer should carry the IPR heat wrap thing?
In one of the videos it looks like the connector might be wrapped too?
