i don't know that on the side of carb extention?this is flat v8

help identifying a part!!
Hello,
I have a 1946 ford f-1 with a "G" flat six. Could someone identify this part? If so, where can I buy a new one? The part is of the side of my intake manifold, where the wiper vacuum and distributor vacuum go into the manifold. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the threads broke off. I have called everywhere today and nobody knew what I was talking about. So I am making one as I speak. I took a 7/16 -20 bolt drilled the holes in it and jb welded a nipple in it from a 1/4" brake line. The part looks like a banjo bolt with a nipple sticking out the top. Hopefully it will be a temp fix till I can find the real deal. If not, I am dead in the water, because this is part of my vacuum line to my distributer.

My G series 6 has that part too. It has a banjo attachment that runs to the distributor housing via a 1/8 tube. The vacuum is how you adjust the timing. The open end had a vacuum tube that ran to the wiper motor. I almost threw it away, but got it all cleaned up and hopefully it will work. Mac Van Pelts may be able to help you find one or Chuck's Trucks. Good luck. Cary
