Ford Dealership offered the job for $799
Other local guys were at; $650, $450, and $375.

You can buy te kit online for $100 with free shipping from suspension connection . Com. It's not hard at all to install. Takes me 30 minutes per side as long as I don't have to search for tools.
I got mine for $75 shipped from Ebay and installed it myself. Alignment afterwards and I was only out $175ish? Drivers side was a little more of a struggle than the pass. side for some reason. My buddy got his done with alignment at a local shop for under $300 IIRC. PM pwrstrk97, but I'm pretty sure it was around there except he got 1.5" LK. Buy it and read the instructions and see if you feel comfortable with doing it- if not, farm it out. Those prices sound a little high. My .02 Also, I helped another buddy do his '11 FX4 on a lift and it was a breeze. Lifts are nice
