My 09 Ford Flex is making a clicking noise in the rear A/C. I believe it is a stripped Blend door gear. I had this problem on my Mountaineer, it was a stripped blend gear motor, I was able to replace it but it took all day to get to the bad part. Does any one have any diagrams on where this part is locate and how to access it?
