running problem
my truck has a hard time starting once it does the idle and vacuum is normal if you give it any throttle it bogs out and wants to stall......while the engine is at 2000 rpm needle moves like it would for exaust restriction.....does it sound right

My guess is that the MAF is dirty or the TB gasket is leaking. But I would think its the MAF unless you have a vacuum leak.
Quick test is the next time you start it un plug the MAF and the ECM/PCM what have you will go to default mode and then see if it does it acts up again. If its good then replace the MAF pull the batt cable for 10 minutes or so to reset the ECM/PCM and then hook it back up.
Test that and repost
