So my 75 has AC and I am going to remove it. At first, it was great, but I didn't realize that the AC vents on the passenger side were attached to the dash metal. So, after I destroyed the dash vents, I take a look at my options. I open the glove compatment and see that the cardboard is really paper mache in disguise. I now decide that something must be done. Here are the before and after pics. I hope it looks OK, because this will be the sharpest part of my ugly work truck for awhile!
When I deleted the A/C from my 76 F250 4x4, I unbolted the whole dash from a non A/C truck and used it, so no vents and still have a clove box. I do like your cover, if you don't need a clove box.
