stud question

is there anyway to see if you have head studs without removing everything?

Look. I can see my "bolt" from the driver side. You can;t miss it. I would take a picture. Wait, I will use my phone. Be right back.

I'm back. Her it is. Of course I have a little more room to look at it. My ficm is out. But you can still see it from this direction.

ok so you can see it. without pulling everything. il have to look tomorrow and if i see bolts i guess i will be doing studs and gaskets next weekend

thanks. contemplating just running an extreme street tune on the stock bolts til i destroy them and do studs then.... not sure yet though

Be careful with that line of thinking. The heads can warp if you push it too far. If you know you're going to pound on it, getting the studs in first is a wise move.
