I may be a little late to this message, but I have a 1995 4x4 F150 with the 351w and it is a short bed regular cab. I have never heard if these were rare or not. Bought mine used 5 years ago with 22k miles. Has 84k and runs very strong. I would highly recommend getting one if you are interested in the 351w. Gets good mpg (15 city) and pulls great. It has an automatic transmission. I have seen a couple used since I bought mine.
