Electrical Issues 87 Bronco II

I was given a 87 bronco II. I was told by my room mate it was warming up. Then he turned the lights on and it died. It hasn't ran since then. Now that its been given to me. I'm trying to get it back to running.

Any idea that it could be? Ive had the starter tested and its good. Ive checked most of the in line fuses that I have found. Brand new solenoid still nothing. I can use any help or ideas that I can get.

Try checking the grounds. Is the battery fully charged?

Yep checked the grounds and there still good. The battery I would say is so so. So I have it on the charger now. Ive been testing the in line fuses as well. I'm just running out of ideas of what it could be.

That's what Ive been thinking and have been trying to find. I was told about a fuse in the ignition that I might want to check as well. Some of the joys of going back to school for automotive.
