2010 F250 Leveled....
My truck's been leveled for about three months and while reading around today, I've read that a carrier bearing spacer is recommended. In addition, I'm curious if anything else is recommended other than the popular front spacers and 350 rear blocks? Shock extensions? Radius arm drop brackets?

Its only needed if you now feel a vibration in the drive line from take off and while you are driving.. If you do not feel any vibrations you do not need any carrier bearing adjustment. 9 times out of 10 if you only did a front end level kit you would not need this adjustment. Its usally done when you lift the rear as well, or when you change the driveshaft angle enough, do to lifting the truck. The carrier bearing adjustment puts the driveshaft back to were it was before the lift.

My truck has been leveled for about 4 years now and I didnt install any kind of carrier bearing spacer. I have a 350 so I dont know if that makes a difference. I would say just put the 350 blocks in the rear and call it a day. The only thing I m going to install some day is an adjustable trac. bar.
I know with the bigger lifts 4" & up most kits will come with a drop bracket for the radius arms and carrier bearing.
