I am looking to get a rear sway bar for my '66 F250 4X4. Of course nobody makes one specifically for my application. They do make one for a '76 Highboy. Would I be able to install the '76 sway bar in my '66? The axles are identical, I am running '76 rear springs, and the frames aren't to much different ('76's is taller over the axle, shape on bottom appears to be close). What obstacles would I run into?
1973/76 F250 4WD's (High Boys) were not available w/a rear sway bar.
Dunno if this bar will work or not. You will also need the sway bar rod ends and their bushing kits, and the mounting brackets w/bushings.

The only rear and front sway bars available prior to 1973, were sold by RV dealers and front end shops, cuz Ford never offered them.

Where there any major differences between the '77 High Boys and '76 High Boys? When I ordered my '64 to '72 parts book I also got the '73 - '79.
