97 f150 4.6 no spark.

Have a 97 f150 4.6 4x4 with no spark. Original prob was a pcm error so that got replaced, along with fuel pump, plugs, plug wires, crank position sensor, battery and coil packs (both had cracks in the housing) and still no spark. Pcm and software are new, vin matched, and done by Ford. Got fuel and normal fuel pressure now. Most parts were from a build that never happend so no money loss there. Any suggestions? Motor turns over fine, just no spark.

See if you have 12 volts to the coils. If not check your power to the PCM. See if you have 12 volts to the fuel injectors.

Squirt some gas into the throttle body to see if it takes off. Noid lights will tell you if your injectors and coils are firing or you can put on the block the coil and a spare plug. to see if you have spark. It wil lonly knock you down a bit.

Check the fuse seat in the fuse box for the ignition. It's a 30 amp and even if it isn't blown, it could be one of the clips it plugs into. That was my problem a couple of years ago and apparently, it's a common one.
