New v10 new problems
I bought a 2002 f350 with a v10 and it was awesome for the first two weeks i owned it had all kinds of power but after about two weeks i started getting less and less throttle until i only could use about an 1/8 of it i brought it to a shop and they fond it needed a new fuel filter and fuel pump and after that its never been the same it has funny shift points and the spedo will jump if you floor it it kinda misfires too i just replaced two coil packs and it has 93k on it so i was going to replace the plugs would that help some of my issues?

It sounds like you have two separate issues. The first is the shift and the speedometer jumping around. This could be VSS related. Since this senor is on top of the rear diff it could be possible when the fuel pump was replaced this senors got bump and is either not connect tightly or went bad. It's also possible it just went bad on its own.
The second issue with the misfire is I would replace the plugs (it's about time anyway) and also all the coil boots.
