Headlight door nuts?

Where I buy these. I called a couple of places and got referred to Restoration Specialities. They asked me to send pictures of the plastic nuts as they have lots of different ones. I sent them a couple of days ago and haven't heard from them. Does anyone know where else I might try?

Please, when asking questions, list all the pertinent details. Year, series and etc. 1967/69's use different plastic nuts than 1970/72's.

"About Me" profile sez 1968 F250, if that's correct...

376309-S .. Headlamp Door Nut ~ 1967/69 F100/350 / Obsolete / 953 available NOS / Closest sources to GA =

YADKIN VALLEY MOTOR CO. in North Wilkesboro NC has 30 = 336-838-4155.

SHETLER-CORLEY FORD in Crowley LA has 55 = 337-783-4600.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 270 = 800-543-4959.

This same nut was used for over 30 years for many other applications. If you have an original, take it to an autoparts store, look in the Help Section and match the puppy up.

Yes they do but they don't have the parts I need. I know they're site sponsors and that's the first place I looked.

Carpenter is not now, nor ever has been an FTE sponsor. LMC was at one time, but I haven't seen their name on the sponsor list for almost a year.

NPD (National Parts Depot) is an FTE sponsor, as is Blue Oval Truck Parts and Mac's Antique Auto Parts.

But, since Carpenter doesn't have the plastic nuts (I looked in his 2011 edition 1967/79 paper repro parts catalog first before typing the sources), I doubt any other repro parts seller has them either.

I just looked in DC's catalog, there is no listing for these nuts in the grille section.

DC's catalog's are similar to Ford parts catalogs, follow the same parts sequence.

LMC's catalogs can be a bear to search thru, have no sequence, with parts for one application listed under another.

These nuts are listed under the headlamp door section (basic part number 13064) in the text section of the 1964/72 Ford truck parts catalog.

Shown in an exploded view in Illustration Section 130, Page 8 = 1967/69 Head Lamp, Parking Lamp, Marker Lamp and related parts. Screw passes thru door into 376309-S nut = then nut to grille.

amkproducts.com has the nuts for $3 for 8 parts + $7 shipping. I haven't looked in the local auto parts houses like Bill suggested.
