Removing lift kit ?

I bought the truck with a 3 inch lift an it's blocks in rear an torsion on front. I've never done this before so can someone tell me how the front is done? I was told that with the torsion bars being extended they are probably stretched out? An also how do I lower the front ? I need this lift kit out ASAP truck needs a alignment BADLY!

Well if the torsion keys are stock all you need to do is turn the torsion key bolts counter clock wise until its back to stock height. If they are aftermarket lift keys...then you need to locate some stock ones. Search YouTube there's all kinds of videos on it.
