How much is not a lot of money? If you are really broke, You can get torsion bar keys to add 2" to the front. And I think you can still crank them...so thats another 2." For the rear, you could use blocks.
But....look around online for lift kits first, to get an idea of what they cost. Skyjacker is #1 IMO. But there is Pro-comp, Fabtech, Superlift, RCD, Tuff Country, Rancho...and many others.

Tuff Country 4" lift kit is about $1400
Superlift 4" is around $1700-$1900
RCD is about $1700
Rancho is $1600
I didnt find Fabtech or Skyjacker 4" kits in my quick search...just 6" lifts, which were about $1500 (Skyjacker), to $1800 (Fabtech)
