I guess money doesn't always buy you happiness......
LOL, you said "piness"! Sorry, Family guy is protruding through my warped mind....sorry...way off topic.

It's a sad day in the NFL. Junior was a great player, exciting to watch and one of the toughest SOBs in the league. I wish he had gotten help instead of committing suicide.
I wonder if it's related to repeated concussions.......The effects of which the NFL (and other sporting agencies) are finally paying attention. Didn't an NFL player commit suicide not too long ago? Also shot himself in the chest and left permission for his brain to be used for medical research?
Perhaps its most telling about Junior that he was NOT tabloid fodder, constantly having his antics splayed all over the news media---not that I ever heard anyway!
Despite the suicide issue his attempts to help others by his departure has to be considered very very unselfish. I don't know I'd be that brave if facing his issues.
RIP Junior and peace too to the ones who he left behind
I grew to appreciate all that Junior Seau was when he played 4 seasons for the Patriots. He was an inspiraton to his teammates as well as a great player. It appears as if concussions may have played a part in his demise. The NFL needs to do something about this topic...and...quickly.
