intercooler install

Whats the best way to install a intercooler? on a 1997 f250.

i got a right up iam doing on my ic you can build your own kit, or save some time and buy a kit, cx raceing on ebay is what i used, was priced ok, or there is banks

Iv found a early 99 7.3 with all piping and spider, for 300. its missing a boot and t-clamp. I was just wounder whats the best way to install it, Like what to remove, what to move outta the way. Stuff like that

Remove grill, batteries, bumper, etc. Look at the thread at the top of the page with mods listed in it. There are a few install threads in there. Here's a few pics of mine
