Fasteners in HTML COPY
Seriously though, I'm not sure I understand. Are you talking about the fasteners document, or how to do stickies?
I deleted the suggestion box thread for the tech sticky because there are already a lot of stickies at the top that people don't read and, besides, I was working on migrating to a different format and didn't want to add too much to the workload.
I also saw some somebody suggesting add some stuff written by Ralph that was probably a good idea, too, but I've slept since last night and have forgotten the details. Perhaps I should un-delete that suggestion box thread, it's a great place to keep track of stuff people are asking for. I cleaned out my PM box several weeks ago and accidentally deleted some requests people had submitted. *sigh*
But, then came your spreadsheet, which has lots of fasteners in it, and I think somebody suggested perhaps combining the information somehow. I don't know if your spreadsheet - or a link to it - is in the sticky, I really kinda doubt it, I think I'd remember it while making the 2nd version of this stuff (what I showed you at your house).
And, then came questions of who can add/change/delete content, that would be pretty cool if we had that capability. Yahoo! Groups allows something like this, one can have files and can even create "databases." Perhaps we could set up a parallel group over there that would contain files of other stuff (not just pictures). I used to be a mod on a travel-related group over there but it died as the WWW took over from email-based forums.
But, accessing files in a Yahoo! group from outside of the Yahoo! web space is pretty difficult as I remember and probably wouldn't be worth the effort to integrate the two.
JMO.
