Painted XLT Grille
The grill looks great! Really like the way you painted the two smaller vents on the sides, too. It would be a shame to kill the chrome parts; promise you won't paint them...
As far as shooting the air dam, I'm on the fence there; it might be worth a try... but I'd have to see it to say for sure. Are you doing the mirrors next? That would really set the truck off niceily. Just remember not to pain the reflective part.

I'm going to do the mirrors and door handles this summer, after I get the new TT's from the dealer. (Still working on that one!)
Think I'll leave the front dam for now.
Rick
Edit: Maybe I'll mount a "Line of Fire" across the air dam

Laugh all you want -- I have mine on order!!! I saw one on an F-150 pulled over on the side of the road near some appartments with the hazzards flashing. Once I sawn them in person, I was no longer on the fence. The should arrive Tuesday! Of course, I'm putting the 5' LED bar in the gap under the tailgate, not the front... but that doesn't seem like such a bad idea... hmmm... mabye I should order a second set...
I think the grille looks good. The guy that painted my Nova has a red F-350 Crew cab dually that he painted everything red. I mean from the grille , to the mirrors, door handles , etc...

I will try and get a pic soon.............
JB;
I'd really appreciate seeing some pix. It took me a long time to decide to do this and seeing a finished product first would've helped a lot.
