07 6.0 miss

07 6.0 miss
Ok, driving home today my 6.0 started to miss on one cylinder. You notice it most idling in gear and at steady highway speed it kinda shakes the truck like an out of balance tire. No warning lights on the dash, no smoke, but down on power. Im thinking a bad injector but would like other opinions. If it is injector, what brand should I replace with, Ford OE or aftermarket?

Well, I dont know yet. I'll have to have that checked unless someone here tells me its something different.

First thing I would do is scan it for codes oreilys or autozone does for free

No codes showing, but now my simple dead cylinder has turned into a gradual loss of power until it actually stalls out. Restarts after a couple minutes. I guess a simple bad injector is out.

Cheezit is right on the Money Here Get them from FORD
Its been Hit-N-Mis on getting a Good Injector from an After Market Retailer
ODDS are WAY WAY SLIMMER to get a Bad Injector from Ford Guys have had the Best success OEM
Its not a Part you want to keep having to go back in to change
