My guess would be either broken mounting tabs, or the screws that hold it in place backed themselves out. The only way to know is by removing the trim piece around the radio. Its held in place with pressure clips. Start at the bottom, slide out the cup holder tray and pull on the lower lip of the radio/heater trim. Then just work your way up until it pops off.then disconnect the plug at the top and you canset this piece aside. Now the radio is exposed andyou should be able to instantly tell what went wrong, and how to fix it
That is a little odd. As Dano said, something might have gone wrong with the screws. However, there is a little rubber **** that is on the upper part of the back of the radio that sits in a hole in the truck to support the radio, so I don't know how the radio could be sinking in at the top unless that **** is broken or missing. Anyway, take it apart like dano described and it should be pretty obvious what is wrong. There isn't much to the mounting of the radio.
I need new clips for the trim cover. mine are wore out from taking off to much so trim piece does not stay on very well. Where can I get new clips from?
