Good Morning Everyone! Happy May 1st! Raining pretty good here, and with all the road work between my place and work, it's getting pretty sloppy here and there, I have an extra work car just for this kind of abuse! LOL!

Thanks! It's been a nightmare for us, though. It's been one problem after another, mostly with our real estate agent, and the people we're buying from. Her son owns the house that's she's selling us. But now, there is an issue with our buyer. They say it shouldn't be a problem, but who knows.
