Sounds good George. I am like Don, I have not mowed yet this year but I need to this weekend. Hopefully the lawn/ground will dry up enough so that I can get it mowed.
The meeting is with the county attorney and the treas. to review the properties for the upcoming foreclosure sale due to people not paying their property taxes.

It has needed to be mowed for the last few weeks, but I have either been busy, it has rained, or snowed or I just did not feel like doing it. Right now I may need a brush hog to knock it down before mowing it.

Buying a foreclosed can be "fun". Our first place in VA was a foreclosure. I wouldn't want to buy a place and have to kick anybody out. Let who ever does the foreclosure do that.

Don, depending what size tire, I found, in some cases it was cheaper to buy the tire and wheel together. Rather, than just the tire. Some of the mower tires I've looked at recommend using "Slime" even in a new tire, to help keep it from dry rotting. Never tried it.
