bumpers ???
a guy i know just got a '94 idi and needs an new bumper and everyone he seems to ask says he needs the air dam bumper (powerstroke) and for the life of me i connot remember a idi with a psd bumper can anyone confirm this also , are the air dams on the psd bumper just a cosmetic thing ?

he doesn't need that style.94-97 psd's don't need it either.
fuel economy will be slightly better without the holes or plugged up via lights etc.or functional for adding an intercooler,but the idi doesn't need such a large intercooler hanging down that low anyway.
so yes.if he wants that style,its purely for cosmetics.i went with it myself and added lights to keep out the air drag.
if he wants the solid front bumper,you can assure him there wont be any issues with his engine over heating or anything like that.
