I call them farmer bumpers.......they are an after market bumper that has been added (usually by the farmer that bought the truck new) and yours has the side bracing with the lights as well. Well done job for a working truck, little too much for me.

Aftermarket of some brand most likely. Since a rear bumper was optional on trucks of that vintage a lot of folks designed and built their own. Many areas had entrepreneurial types who after building one went into the bumper building business. I remember one such person, one such shop. He sold a decent bumper at about half what a big name or dealership bumper cost. Probably one of his biggest sellers was a pipe bumper made from five or six inch pipe, maybe larger. Had a Shrader valve allowing air to be carried in the bumper. Air down your tires when going off road and air back up when you got back onto the road.
I've also seen a section of RR rail used as a bumper. As a matter of fact, my son has one such RR bumper laying outside the barn at his place.
