Recommendations for trans cooler
Don't know why I never put one on with my original trans, but I could use recommendations for my 95 E150 E4OD. Going to be replacing my condensor figure it would be a good time to install a cooler.
I plan on running through the radiator first then through the aftermarket cooler.

Your routing plan is correct, as for size, that all depends on what your using the van for.
General use, something like a 5x8x1/2" should be good, if your regularly loaded and/or tow, install the biggest one you can fit in a high air flow area.
Something like a 11x11x1 would be the biggest I'd go, you don't wanna overcool it afterall.
