Just broke mine too. Took it off to look at the serpentine belt, put it to the side, forgot it was there, slammed the hood down and broke it in two - I was going to try JB weld on it.
"I spoke to my Ford Parts guy and he confirmed the part # that I found on the part and online if any body is looking for it online it is actually listed under the A/C section. The part # is 3c3z-19e672-ca and is roughly $25.00 from the dealer."

Tousley has it for $24.43
The part number highlighted is actually the air deflector that goes over the alternator, NOT the fan shroud.

Oops, so maybe we are not talking about the same thing. I broke the air deflector I think ( it is the one part that needs to be out of the way to get to the tensioner, right?)

I spent about an hour "working" on the serpentine belt today - mostly just looking at it and wondering how the heck I am going to do it. I did manage to break the air deflector so it wasn't a total waste of time
I read a lot of old posts from you and Cheezit and I am going to try again tomorrow.
I take off the stator (the shroud that bolts to the engine) and the clutch, and the shroud (the part that sits up against the radiator), and then its a breeze. Have to disconnect the upper radiator hoses and the
upper radiator brackets to get the shroud out. I use a bungi cord hooked into the big radiator hose to keep it elevated. My fan clutch has been off numerous times so its not sized on. If this isnt an option for you, then just remember the pulley the fan is on is your v point. I remember cussing that belt before. The biggest pain is having to turn it sideways to get it behind the tensioner. I always remove the parts anymore, I have done it in about 30 mins numerous times. Also the fan clutch is righty tighty lefty loosey.. good luck
