You wash the engine just recently or drive through a bad rain storm? When I first got my SD V10 I made the mistake of washing the engine before replacing the COP boots, ran like poop after and threw misfire codes. All I can say is, whoops.
I am betting on the boots as well. Had the same issue w/ mine shortly after I bought it. New boots and some dielctric grease and I bet she will be good to go.

Yup, that's what fixed it for me. I replaced the plugs as well since I was planning on doing that to begin with. 5 and 10 plugs seemed to be extra dirty on top due to location and worn out boots.
