EBPV preload adjustment, HELP!!!

Doing turbo pedestal rebuild with EBPV... instructions say to use a spring gauge tester and .01 gauge to adjust the preload on the ebpv. Problem is, don't have a spring gauge, how do we set the preload? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Shoot man, didnt we just have that turbo off!!!

IMHO I would just delete the damn thing, unless you use it for an exhaust brake?

Joe, this is for Justins truck. He is doing the wicked wheel and pedestal rebuild. He would probably have deleted it except he does use it for the decel tune. Thanks again for your help on my rig
