whats easier in doing a clutch swap. pulling the motor or droping the trany. i seen a 93 f150 on cl for 600 says it just rolled onto 100000 miles so thought it might be a good investment to get for 600 if its in good shape and everything. abviesly its a standard but dont know what trany or motor or condition yet. was going to call him tommorow. what are some good suggestions and prices and a new clutch. everything though. might as well do everything while im in there if i get it.
Check your local machine shop for turning the flywheel(best to do when putting in new clutch). Depending on where you get the clutch kit, prices will vary.
So does this truck need a clutch? If so, replace everything and upgrade to the 11" clutch. While your in there make sure you also put in a new Motorcraft slave cylinder. You'll regret it later if you don't.
